I was able to make it to my local track this weekend with all my gear. We shot a few circuit workouts that you can follow. Here is the first of a many to come.
This circuit consists of 5 exercises to be performed 10-15 reps each, back to back. After completing one circuit, take 1 minute to rest. Doing this circuit 5 times should take around 15 minutes. Make sure to stay hydrated!
