Banana-Mango-Peanut Protein Smoothie

This tasty and nutritious smoothie is great as a meal replacement, pre or post workout. Hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 - Cup - Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 - Cup of Spinach
  • 1 Scp - Labrada Lean Body For Her Peanut Protein
  • 1 Scp - Labrada Lean Body For Her Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 Tbsp - Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp - Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp - Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp - Goji Powder (optional)
  • 2 Dashes - Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Cup - Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup - Water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
