I often get asked what a typical day in my diet would look like, so here it is. The following is a pretty typical example of what I eat on a daily basis.
3 egg whites, with a light wheat toast, or 1/2 cup of oatmeal made with unsweetened almond milk
0% fat free plain Greek Yogurt with a couple of blueberries.
Baked Salmon with lettuce and tomato salad, with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive oil
Protein Shake and half of a banana (post workout)
Grilled Chicken breast with a small sweet potato or 1/2 cup of brown rice and steam veggies
Protein shake, or one cup of fat free plain cottage cheese.
