Summer is finally here and it's time to show off how hard you have worked these past couple of months. When gauging how well one has done with his/her training and healthy eating, the abdominal muscles are the ones we immediately turn to, to see if we have made improvements or not. If you still have work to do in order to bring out those chiseled hard ab muscles, then give this workout a try.
Perform this workout every other day and make sure you are paying closed attention to your diet along with high intensity interval training (HIIT) in order to burn that extra fat surrounding your abs.

Summer Abs Workout
- Machine crunch x 15 (choose a challenging weight)
- Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds
- Medicine Ball Reverse Crunch x 15 (choose a challenging weight, hold medicine ball between knees)
- Kettle-bell Russian Twist x 15 (choose a challenging weight)
- V-up x 15
- Plank until failure
1 minute rest between sets. 3-5 sets of each exercise.
